Abstract: The effectiveness of blended learning approaches in technical education is essential for enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes. This study investigates how blended learning approaches impact vocational students' learning experiences and skill acquisition. The objectives are: (1) to assess the benefits of blended learning approaches, (2) to evaluate student and educator satisfaction with these approaches, and (3) to propose strategies for effective implementation. A survey research design is employed to gather data from students and educators. The sample size includes 300 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on technical institutions in Ekiti State, known for their adoption of blended learning methods. Findings indicated that blended learning significantly improved student engagement, knowledge retention, and practical skills. However, challenges such as technical issues and varying levels of digital literacy were noted. Recommendations included providing continuous technical support, offering training for educators on blended learning methods, and ensuring access to digital resources for all students.
